Hoxton Hotel Wallpaper
I was asked by the super guys at The Hoxton Hotel to design the wallpaper for the bedrooms of their brand spanking new hotel in Holborn. I wanted the illustrations to look like a traditional wallpaper in style, but with a weird British eccentric twist. Below are the original colour options I provided, aswell as the final colours we chose to match the style of the hotel. I'll post pictures of the wallpaper up in the hotel when I get them.
Two days before I was commissioned for this job I was in the William Morris Museum saying how much I wanted to design some wallpaper. Some people would call that fate, others would say it was because I was marching around London shouting "LET ME DESIGN WALLPAPER!!!" at the top of my voice. You decide.
