MLB x Adobe x Toby Triumph
I was asked by Adobe and MLB to create a set of gifs for ‘Opening Day’ of the Major League Baeball Season. MLB and Adobe are commissioning three artists to make special edition digital sticker packs throughout the season. I was honoured to be the first artist.
They gave me a list of words and images that they’d shortlisted and gave me a real nice open brief, to basically make baseball look fun. These stickers can be used on Instagram and other socials via MLB and Adobe’s Giphy pages.
Below are a selection of my favourites. I make gifs frame by frame using my iPad and Apple Pencil, and Photoshop. I love the challenge of making my illustrations move in interesting and different ways, and this process feels like it helps meet those challenges.
