I was commissioned by Variety Magazine to create an illustration about the ‘Big 5’ Oscar Awards. I came up with this totally tropical number 5 that incorporates elements from contenders for each of these awards. I loved working on this, and was honored to be asked to present an Oscar at the awards, instead of being paid. In case you’re wondering it went to ‘Home Alone 2: Lost In New York’ for best film.
